Microsoft Office Marketplace Logo

Has Outlook become your "go to" application that has everything important inside it? Or, have you been looking for an easy-to-use project management program that seamlessly integrates with Outlook? If you answered yes to either question, Project KickStart is for you. And, best of all, you don't have to be a project management expert to use it.

Project KickStart includes a "Planning Wizard" that guides you each step of the way. You'll quickly create a well-thought-out task list and strategic plan. The built-in Gantt chart provides a timeline for each task in your schedule. You can print reports and share them with team members, management, clients and other stakeholders. Then, all that hard work gets seamlessly imported into Outlook as tasks, assignments, dues dates, and more.

Create a visual schedule for your project.

Project KickStart's easy-to-use Gantt chart provides a timeline for each task in your schedule. This makes scheduling extremely easy. You can fine-tune your schedule, moving tasks forward or backward. Add costs for a quick "budget report." Mark tasks "done" for a quick status report. Print reports, including the Gantt chart, and share them with team members, management, clients and other stakeholders. Include Project KickStart reports in budgets and proposals. Or, save as HTML and post to your Web site.

And it's Outlook friendly.

Project KickStart imports Outlook contacts (to use as resources) and instantly transfers your plan into Outlook. You'll find your project tasks in the Tasks view of Outlook. Tasks (sorted by Category) shows tasks in each project separately. The project's name is listed as a "category." The tasks, due dates and assignments will be there! Tasks (not sorted by Category) shows tasks from multiple projects, sorted by date.

You can use Outlook to:

  • View multi projects during the same time frame
  • set reminders for tasks
  • view tasks during specified date ranges or by priority
  • notify contacts when tasks are due
  • bring your project to your Palm Pilot or Pocket PC.

Import Outlook Contacts

Moreover, Project KickStart imports your Contacts from Outlook or from Outlook Exchange Server. You don't have to retype the names of people who will be involved with your project. How's that for convenience! (Does not import from Outlook Express.)

Project KickStart can be used stand-alone.

You don't need Microsoft Office to use Project KickStart. You can use Project KickStart all by itself to develop a well-thoughtout plan and schedule where nothing is forgotten or overlooked. And, best of all, it's very easy-to-use. Download the Project KickStart Free Trial and start creating better project plans in just 30 minutes.
