RiskyProject Lite shows you how risks and uncertainties can affect your project's success. This new Lite version was designed especially for project managers without any prior knowledge of risk analysis theory. RiskyProject analyzes the project schedule and risks together, including Monte Carlo simulations, to calculate the chances that the project will be completed on time and within budget, and presents the results in easy-to-understand formats.

You'll be more successful with your projects because you've thought through the risks and dealt with them from the get-go. This software cannot prevent risks, but it can make you a lot smarter about them.

Powerful Scheduling Engine - Where you define tasks, dependencies, constraints, resources, and costs.
Then define risks - at the project level and for each task or resource. Enter ranges for task duration, cost, start and finish times.
Risk-aware Gantt Chart - Uncertainties in task duration, start and finish times are shown graphically in a special Gantt Chart.

Just save Project KickStart data in MPX file format and open the file in RiskyProject. Project KickStart's Obstacles will appear as Risks in RiskyProject.

After entering a bit more data on the risks (formerly Obstacles) in RiskyProject, you will see how your project schedule and costs will be affected in various scenarios. As the project progresses, you can continue to analyze project performance and risk mitigation efforts.

In addition, you can send project data from RiskyProject back into Project KickStart via mpx file.

You can assign risks and uncertainties to tasks and resources and perform simulations.
